This event was created in mind for the woman who feels like she is broken, burnt out, overwhelmed, running on empty and absolutely depleted. This event will equip you with the knowledge to set boundaries to protect your mental health, restore the desire to take charge of your own life and motivate you to take control of your health. This retreat will give you the empowerment to know you are capable of anything that you set your mind to and that you are worthy and loved.
